Zameely Platform Terms of Use
- Zameely reserves the full right to modify, add, or delete any provision of the terms of service at any time, and any modification becomes effective immediately upon publication.
- The platform has the right to modify, suspend, or stop any part of the website, application, or services provided, including databases, content, or features, without prior notice and without assuming any responsibility.
- Terms or restrictions may be imposed on access to any content or service without prior notice.
- The platform has the right to monitor content, and retain, use, or disclose information whenever permitted or required by law.
- By sending any requests, messages, files, or content through the platform, the user grants Zameely a permanent, global, and non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display this content by any means, waiving any claims related to ownership, privacy, reputation, or attribution.
- Registration must be done using the real name and correct phone number, ensuring data accuracy.
- The user bears full responsibility for their account and any activity conducted through it.
- The platform must be notified immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach, otherwise the user bears responsibility for any damages.
- All data is subject to the privacy policy and is used only for the purposes of providing and improving services.
- Data is not shared with any third party except to fulfill requests, promote offers, or achieve legitimate operational objectives of the platform.
It is prohibited to harm Zameely or its users in any way, including:
- The user agrees to indemnify Zameely, its owners, managers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors against any claims, losses, or costs, including attorney fees, arising from the user's violation of the terms of service. The platform has the right to exclusively assume the defense of any claim.
- The platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty, including non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.
- The service is not guaranteed to be free from errors, viruses, or any technical malfunction, and reliance on content is at the user's own risk.
- This agreement represents the complete contract between the user and Zameely.
- Any legal action must be filed within one month from the date the cause arose.
- If any provision cannot be enforced, it shall be applied to the maximum extent legally possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
- The platform disclaims responsibility for third-party content through links.
- The website or application may contain links to third-party websites or services, and this does not mean the platform's endorsement or approval of them.
- Zameely does not assume any responsibility for content or information published through these links.
- The platform has the right to correct errors, disclose information, or delete any violating content.
- Data added by the user is available for personal or commercial use within the platform, including request data, listed units, service providers, advertisements, and any data through conversations or other channels.
- It is prohibited to use data in violation of laws or the rights of others.
- Zameely reserves the right to prevent or cancel any user's access to the service for any reason, including the use of profanity, threats, harassment, defamation, or any abuse through any means.
- Users may download, display, or print copies of the platform's content for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with Zameely's objectives, while adhering to regulations and agreement terms.
- The name, logo, and all content remain the exclusive property of the platform.
- The user is committed to paying any fees due on paid services through approved channels.
- The user is committed to the controls of each service, whether paid or free, and the platform has the right to modify them at any time, with modifications becoming effective immediately.
- Requesters and service providers are committed to providing accurate and truthful data and interacting honestly.
- Compliance with the controls of the General Real Estate Authority, without publishing content that violates regulations or the rights of others.
- In case of a publishing error, compensation is limited to a maximum of the value of the paid service, if any.
- Service interruption for maintenance or technical reasons does not incur compensation unless the interruption exceeds one full month for paid subscribers.
- Advertising fake units, incorrect/outdated prices, or misleading images is prohibited, and repeated violations result in account closure.
- The platform has the right to delete any violating content, modify terms, and refuse to deal with any client.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of login data, and deletion of requests or advertisements is final.
- Comments represent personal opinions of their authors and do not reflect the opinion of Zameely management, and reliance on this information is at the user's sole responsibility.
- The platform does not provide any warranties regarding the availability or accuracy of data or uninterrupted access.
- The platform does not assume any responsibility for malfunctions, errors, deletion, delays, viruses, fraud, or interaction with users, advertisements, requests inside or outside the platform.
- The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of requests or the quality or safety of units; reliance is solely on the user.
- The courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Dammam City have jurisdiction to hear any dispute or conflict arising from this agreement.
- Real estate service providers are committed to complying with the controls of the General Real Estate Authority and mandatory data, providing accurate information and avoiding misleading content.
- Content that violates intellectual property rights, offends modesty, misleads users, or uses government entity logos without permission is prohibited.
- Advertisements must be removed immediately upon achieving their purpose, and within a maximum period of two days, and the authority monitors compliance and refers violations.
- The tenant displays a room or apartment for the purpose of sharing costs only, and it is not considered an advertisement for sale or purchase.
- The tenant must not achieve any commercial benefit, otherwise they bear full responsibility.
- The platform takes compliance measures such as preventing non-owners/non-authorized persons from displaying vacant units, and allowing non-authorized tenants to display only one apartment/room at the same time.
